Today has been a lazy day, a not-quite-back-to-normal-after-holiday day.
We didn't really accomplish much today besides day-to-day jobs (laundry, dishes, tidying up, carrying in wood...)
But we are learning to be content with days that don't have a lot of whizz-bang, and we are seeing a need to have these days, to practice loving one another and choosing to be kind when we are numbed into irritability by ennui.
Just now, Joon-Bug is napping on the couch, Caedmon in his bed, and Rex offered to teach Sophia how to play his new Uno game. Say-Jal is still working on her Redd-Up area, Oksana has finished hers and is playing with Rex and Sophia, and Noah is tidying up his room.
So there you have it: Ho Hum in The Mango Tree :0)
